🌿 What I’m Letting Go of Before May

🌿 What I’m Letting Go of Before May

As April comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting.

Spring is often associated with growth — but growth requires release.

And this month, I’ve been asking myself what I need to let go of.

Letting Go of Pressure

I’m releasing the idea that I need to do everything at once.

Not every day needs to be productive. Not every habit needs to be perfect.

I’m learning that consistency matters more than intensity.

Letting Go of Comparison

Spring can feel competitive. Everyone seems to be “leveling up.”

But growth isn’t a race.

I’m focusing on my own pace — my own habits — my own timeline.

That’s where real peace lives.

Letting Go of Clutter — Physically and Mentally

I’ve donated clothes I don’t wear. Deleted apps I don’t use. Cleared out products I forgot about.

Each small release feels like a breath of fresh air.

There’s something empowering about creating space — in your home and in your mind.

As I step into May, I don’t feel rushed.

I feel steady.

And sometimes, steady is the most powerful place to be.
