As March unfolds, I find myself naturally reflecting.
Winter tends to collect things — habits, emotions, clutter, overthinking. And as spring approaches, I crave space.
Not just physical space — emotional space too.
Letting Go of Productivity Pressure
One of the biggest things I’m releasing this month is the idea that I need to be constantly improving.
Winter made me slow down. And instead of fighting that, I’m choosing to honor it.
I don’t need to do more. I need to feel aligned.
Clearing Physical Clutter
There’s something therapeutic about opening drawers and asking, “Do I still need this?”
Sometimes the answer is no — and letting go feels like breathing deeper.
I’ve been:
Donating clothes I don’t wear Clearing expired skincare Deleting apps I don’t use Rearranging small spaces in my room
Every small act feels like creating room for light.
Emotional Reset
More than anything, I’m letting go of comparison.
Spring can make us feel like we need to bloom faster. Be better. Do more.
But flowers bloom in their own time.
So do we.
This March, I’m choosing softness over speed.
