2. Butternut Squash Soup (Shortcut Version)
Use frozen squash, vegetable broth, and a little butter. Blend, season, and add a drizzle of cream. Perfect with grilled cheese.
3. Cinnamon Apple Toast
Toast sourdough, spread butter, top with sautéed apples, cinnamon, and honey. Breakfast or dessert — both work.
